Bodice Block Follow On Workshop – Saturday 27th June

Following on from our Bodice Block Workshop, learn how to hack and adapt your tailor made bodice block to create the perfectly fitting garments of your dreams. The techniques you learn while doing this will give you the skills to create any garment.

While we will be focusing on how to change your bodice block during this workshop, these techniques can be used to hack any pattern to create your own unique style.

If you have any patterns you would like to recreate, please let us know before the workshop and we can accommodate this.

Supplies: Pencil/pen, paper scissors and a notebook for this workshop. We will be working on a small scale pattern and these can be kept to reference back to so a notebook will be handy to keep everything in one place.

All other materials will be provided.

Our tutor Sharlene Oldroyd @sosewdressmaking has extensive experience with fitting patterns and will show you through demonstrations how she resolves fit issues in trouser.

Tea or coffee will be provided, we ask everyone to bring their own mug with a lid.

This workshop is aimed at those who have completed the bodice block drafting workshop.
