Broderie anglaise is a whitework needlework technique incorporating features of embroidery, cutwork and needle lace that became associated with England, due to its popularity there in the 19th century. Each selvedge has a delicate scalloped edge which would make a beautiful feature on a neckline or hem.

It is perfect for blouses, shirts skirts and dresses. The ‘eyelets’ make the fabric sheer.

This is a Deadstock fabric.
