Beginning Figure Drawing – Sept 2026

In this course we will learn how to lay down and construct the figure through studying 19th Century academic drawings.  Concepts covered will include gesture, measurement, anatomy and form.  This will be aimed towards beginners and improvers who want to draw convincing figures in their artwork.

Classes will take the form of guided demonstrations and exercises.

Suitable for beginners and those with some drawing experience, these relaxed morning classes offer a supportive space to experiment and develop your skills.
