Retouching Varnish, Nevskaya Palitra – 120ml

Retouching Varnish by Nevskaya Palitra  is perfect for oil painting when used between layers for better adhesion between paint applications. If you put aside your oil painting for 3 weeks or longer and resume your artwork after, retouching varnish is highly recommended. Without it there is a high risk of peeling of the fresh layers after drying.  Not designed to be a painting medium.

Dammara resin solution and a plasticizer in mineral spirits with an additive active solvents.  More info here.
