Islays Cardigan Top – Cha Coud Patterns

Isalys is a cardigan made from a single knit. It’s both quick and easy to make, and it uses very little material.

You can wear it open or closed with the buttons on the front or back. I suggest a short version (as in the photo) or a longer version.

Isalys is accessible to beginners, perfect for a first knitting project!

Fabric: suitable for jersey fabrics such as cotton jersey, sweatshirt, cable knit, viscose knit, ribbed knit, jacquard knit…

• 1.20 meters of mesh by 1.40 meters of width (short version); 1.40 meters for sizes 42 and above (long version)
  OR
• 1.40 meters of mesh per 1.40 meters of width (short version); 1.60 meters for sizes 42 and above (long version)

Notions: 

• 6 buttons with a diameter of approximately 1cm
• 1 meter of grosgrain (for finishing the neckline)
